How long does the cleaning take?

Well, that depends on the size of your place, how much dust has settled on surfaces, and whether it's a regular upkeep or a move-out cleanup.

What's the difference between regular upkeep and a move-out clean?

Keeping a home tidy means regular, weekly, or bi-weekly visits. I'll create a cleaning routine to ensure your space is comfy for everyday life. Move-out cleaning is a one-time deep dive, requiring more effort and time, as it involves a thorough overhaul to get it ready for a new family.

How do we schedule the cleaning?

Simple! I'll send you a shopping list for cleaning supplies. We'll set a date and time, and I'll show up at your place. After each session, I'll send you an invoice via email with SKAT requirements for you to deposit the payment into my bank account.

How do I plan my schedule?

Normally, we agree on a date and time, and that slot becomes yours in my schedule. On weekends, I organize my weekly agenda.

What happens if you need to cancel a cleaning session?

No worries! As long as you give me a reasonable heads-up or let me know you won't need help for a specific period, I can hold your spot in my schedule. Otherwise, I'll need to find new clients to keep my monthly work hours steady.

What does the cleaning involve?

You call the shots! Just tell me which surfaces you want me to tackle. I won't snoop through your belongings, open drawers, doors, or anything you haven't explicitly mentioned. I won't throw anything away unless you specify. I won't rearrange things, open the fridge, or ovens without your green light. Typically, the cleaning is surface-level, but if you crave a deeper clean, just give me the word, and I'll make it happen.

Shopping list:

When it comes to cleaning, you get to pick the brands you prefer, whether they're chemical-free, vegan, natural, Danish, or international. Just remember to let me know if any surfaces are sensitive to certain products, as I can't read Danish labels, and they're in your language. Please be kind and tell me how to use each product to prevent stains, scratches, and other avoidable mishaps.
